Guitar and Bass Design
Collaborating with Binford Luthiery has naturally led to designing instruments specced according to luthiery customers requests. The above instrument design was at the request of a Binford customer who was in need of a quality left handed 5 string bass guitar. The design can be either left or right handed, 4 or 5 string. Customers have a variety of options for woods, finishes, hardware and pickups. The beauty of this design is that the core form becomes a vessel for a customer's dream configuration. Every time it's a Binford bass but each one is specific to each customer.
